We are looking for Volunteers for a few hours on May 14th
Can you volunteer for a few hours on May 14th to help with different aspects of the Spring Fundraiser? We need volunteers for shifts throughout the day to set up, sign in attendees, oversee dinner service, help with event checkout, and clean up.
This is a very important event for our school community as it raises funds for bilingual instruction, school supplies, experiential learning, and even physical education instruction.
Volunteering is a great way to contribute to our fundraiser!
Looking for ways to connect with other McKinley/PACS families?
There’s no better to get to meet other parents/guardians at McKinley/PACS and form some great friendships than volunteering! Below are a few crucial volunteer opportunities available to help our school community thrive:
Recess and Lunch Volunteers – One shift a week for the month of May
Volunteer just one recess (10:05 – 10:45 am) or lunchtime (11:45 am – 1:00pm) per week (more or less if you’d like).
Volunteers will support recess and/or lunchtime eating/recess for 1st through 8th graders (parents of TK and K also welcome to volunteer). You will assist during two timeframes, 1st – 3rd grade, and/or 4th – 8th grade*.
Questions? Need help signing up for a shift?
